Cheffaro Mini Pack Curry Chicken / Rendang / Asam Fish / Sambal Petai Paste 70g

Cooking Instructions:
CURRY CHICKEN
Stir fry 70g paste until fragrant , add in 400g of chicken & cook for 5 minutes.
Add in 140ml of water , simmer for 15 minutes till cooked. Add in pre-fried potato & cook for 5 minutes.
Add in 70ml fresh milk or coconut milk, stir & bring to boil . Serve hot.
RENDANG
Stir fry 70g paste until fragrant, add in 400g of chicken & cook for 5 minutes.
Add in 70ml water, stir & cover lid. Simmer till cooked, stir meat occasionally.
Add in 30ml fresh milk or coconut milk (Optional : Add in 20g roasted chicken paste). Stir well and bring to a quick boil or until dry. Serve hot.
ASAM FISH
Stir fry 70g paste until fragrant & add in 160ml (bring it boil).
Add in 160g -180g fish. Cover lid and simmer at medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add sliced tomato,ladyfingers and onion. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
SAMBAL PETAI
1. Heat 2 tablespoon cooking oil and fry sliced onion until golden brown.
2. Add in 70g paste and cook until fragrant. Add 70g of petai (stinky bean) with 140g of seafood (prawn/squid)
3. Cover lid and simmer for 2 minutes at low heat. Open lid, add fried anchovies (optional). Stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
