•Pre heat wok. Heat up Cheffaro Rendang Paste under medium heat until fragrant. Add in 1.3 kg chicken cube (or preferred meat) and fry at medium heat for 5 minutes.
•Add 200ml water, stir fry for 5 minutes. Cover lid and simmer chicken for 20 minutes at medium heat. Stir and turn the chicken meat every 5 minutes to avoid burning the meat.
•Switch to low heat, remove lid and add in 200ml fresh milk or 100ml coconut milk. Stir well for 3 minutes or until dry. Serve Hot.
