Cooking Instructions :
Step 1 - Coat 1kg of fish evenly on both side using 200g Cheffaro Portuguese Style Grill Fish Paste.
Step 2 - Using frying pan, wrap the fish in banana leaf. Pour some oil in a pan and grill for 8 to 12 minutes each side with medium flame until cooked.
Or another method,
Step 3 - Using oven, wrap the fish in aluminium foil and grill in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until cooked.
