Cheffaro Aroma Masala Curry Paste / Pes Kari Aroma Masala (200g)
Serve 6-8 persons

Cooking Instructions:
1) Preheat wok. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté dice cut onion until fragrant. Add in 200g Cheffaro Aroma Masala Curry Paste and stir fry for 1 minute. Add in 1kg boneless meat, stir for 2 minutes under medium heat and add water.
Chicken
Add 500ml water
Simmer in medium flame for 10 minutes
Beef
Add 1000ml-1200ml water
Simmer in medium flame for 30 minutes
2)Add in 2 teaspoon of toasted fennel powder and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
