MASTERPAV Concrete Imprint Colour Hardener Powder M300 G1 (25kg)

 

USES:

Designed for concrete stamping, stenciling, and both interior and exterior color works such as swimming pool deck, pavement walks, car porch & artificial rocks.

 

COLORS:

Readily available in a wide range of colors. Color customization can be formulated to specification with justifiable quantity and prior notice to the manufacturer. Color chart available upon request.

 

Coverage: 3 to 4kg/m2

 

Application:

After the concrete has been screeded, consolidated and further level by the bull float and any free water has evaporated or been removed. The surface should be floated by hand or bull floated. Immediately following this floating operation, shake the Color Hardener evenly by hand over the surface. The first application of the Color Hardener should use about 2/3 of the total amount needed. The dry shake materials will absorb some moisture from the freshly prepared concrete and should then be thoroughly floated into the surface, preferably by a bull float. Immediately after this, the remainder of the specified amount of the Color Hardener should be distributed evenly over the surface at right angles to the previous application. This should be thoroughly floated and make part of the surface taking care that uniform colors are obtained. Final troweling is best done by hand.

 

Note: Colors Shown in this chart will vary from the actual color hardener. Color variation will be expected in the final product due to differing site conditions and finishing techniques.

A combination of color hardener and releaser color can also produce a different color appearance than anticipated due to pigment interaction.
