MASTERPAV AS28 Gloss Acrylic Sealer is a solvent-based clear finish that creates a wet look seal for the concrete flooring. It is highly advised to apply MASTERPAV AS28 by roller for an even finishing. It dries fast and imparts onto the concrete surfaces a gloss finish and good protection from surface staining. It could be coated on the interior and exterior concrete imprint surfaces, pebble floors, slate, and other concrete flooring materials.
It is important to ensure that the surface receiving the MASTERPAV AS28 is dry, clean, and free from dust prior to application to ensure maximum adhesion.
Gloss Acrylic Sealer AS28 (formerly known as SG56) is a solvent-based clear finish that provides gloss finishing. It is extra hard and durable, UV stable, good water-resistant as well as providing good protection to concrete surfaces.

Gloss Acrylic Sealer AS28 is suitable for residential areas. It can be coated on the interior and exterior concrete imprint surfaces, floor pebbles finish; slate, and other concrete flooring materials.
4 – 5 m2/L depends on substrate porosity and texture, and application method. Excessive build-up should be avoided.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Ensure the substrate is clean and dry. Remove any grease by detergent or alkaline etch. Loosely bound particles can be removed by an air blower. Any algae, mildew, or moss should be removed by MasterPav Fungicidal Wash.
MIXING: Stir well before using.
APPLICATION: Apply using roller or brush. Allow sealer to dry for 24 hours for light traffic and at least 72 hours for heavy vehicles. For maximum protection, two coats of Gloss Acrylic Sealer AS28 can be applied, wait approximately 1 – 2 hours between coats.
Gloss Acrylic Sealer AS28 is not recommended for substrates that contain high moisture. Spot test can be conducted to determine the surface which can receive Gloss Acrylic Sealer AS28.
