How to cook?
1) Soup noodle: Bring 2 cups of water or broth to a boil in a pot. Add the Chinese yam instant noodles to the boiling water. Cook around 3-5 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, add the vegetables, eggs, minced garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil into the pot. You can also add white pepper or chili oil for extra heat if desired.
2) Fried noodle: Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.Heat the oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender. Stir in soy sauce and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
