Snow skin mix 500g
cold water / milk 220g -230g
shortening 75g
method of preparation
1) mix all dry ingredients in mixer, add in shortening and water, then mix for 3 -5min to form a smooth and homogeneous dough. Rest dough 15-20min.
2) divide dough and wrap with mooncake paste , then press into mould, chill and serve.
