In the 3rd of January 2018 CSC are proudly introducing our new formulation for our Rubberize M3000 Series (2018) matte rubberize series ink system.
Rubberize M3000 (2018) New System consists of Rubberize M3280 White and Rubberize M3100 Clear Base only. Rubberize M3000 (2018) New System gives excellent hand feel, with excellent washing and crocking fastness properties. It also has excellent opacity on dark with good printability, matte and tack free after it was properly cured. It has high Newtonian viscosity with will give good thick ink film formation which improve print opacity.
TYPE OF FABRIC
Rubberize M3000 System are compatible with Cotton, Blends Cotton Polyester, Polyester, Rayon and a wide variety of nature fabric.
APPLICATION METHOD
Add pigment concentrated to Rubberize M3000 (2018) New System paste to the desire color shade (0% to 10%) and mix well. Add half percent of CBA NF to enhance the washing performance if concentrated Pigment was added above recommended dosage. CBA EV is recommended to improve high abrasion fastness on heavy wash. All Rubberize M3000 (2018) New System can be use right out of its can and recommended for underbase for printing on dark, Mix at the ratio of 6:4 of Rubberize M3280 White Rubberize M3100 Clear for opacity color matching with Cassee Pigment concentrated for the desire color.
