Rubber M5000 CMX Series
Rubber M5000 CMX Series is CSC rubberize series color management formulation developed from our Rubber M5000 rubberize series ink system which is ready to use right out of its can.
Rubber M5000 CMX Series consists of Yellow 5503, Yellow 5505, Red 5015, Red 5015, Red 5018, Blue 5520, Blue 5511, Green 5521, Cerise 5510, Magenta 5032, Violet 5522, and Black 5515.
Rubberize M5000 CMX series gives excellent color vibrant with excellent hand feel, with excellent washing fastness, good crocking fastness, excellent opacity, excellent printability, tack-free, and most of all, it will be able to meet all the requirement in our E1 compliant listing.
Rubberize M5000 CMX series is air dry and self-crosslink which consumes very lower energy to complete its thermosetting process.
Rubberize M5000 are having thixotropic viscosity with are viscous under static conditions and will flow (become thin, less viscous) over time when shaken, agitated.
TYPE OF FABRIC
Rubberize M5000 CMX series are compatible with Cotton, Blends Cotton Polyester, Polyester, Rayon, and a wide variety of natural fabric.
APPLICATION METHOD
Rubberize M5000 CMX series can be used right out of its can. Small dosages of thickener are added if higher viscosity is required. (0.2% to 0.5%). Add half percent of CBA NF to enhance the washing and crocking performance on sensitive fabric. Rubberize White M5280 is recommended for under base printing on dark fabric.
