Product description
This powder is used for frying prawn, crab, fish, bulb, fruit, cake. It can be used for the vegetarian.
Corn starch 30%, wheat flour 39%, rice starch 30%, baking powder 1%.
1. Roll the prawn with crisp fried powder mix.
2. Dip the prawn in a bowl with some eggs, both white and yolk.
3. Cover the bread crumb on the prawn and let for 3 - 4 minutes so that the bread crumb can stick evenly to the prawn.
4. Fry it brown in boiling oil pan at the temperature pf 180C.
Maintain in cool, dry and hygienical place. Keep away from odour sources. After using, odd flour should be closed tight and used as soon as possible.
