Instructions:
1. Spray some water and place the Alphabets on the spots that you wish to patch on.
2. Place Ironing Mesh ( Protective Ironing Mesh Cloth ) on top before ironing in order to protect your Muay Thai Shorts.
3. Iron on the alphabets patch for a few times instead of one time at a go to make sure you don't burnt your shorts.
4. Do iron front and back to ensure the patch stick firmly on the shorts.
