Ultimate Guide on using mouth guard:
(Please refer to photo attached for better guidance)
1. Put mouth guard in boiling water (Turn off stove first) and let it sit for 35 - 40 seconds.
2. Do a quick tap water dunk for 1 second or wave for a few seconds to avoid burning your mouth.
3. Watching into the mirror, place and align the mouth guard carefully with the centerline of the upper teeth. Bite on it until teeth sink into the bottom of inner gel completely.
4. Use fingers to press edges of the mouth guard up and towards teeth and gums to create better grips.
5. If you get a great fit, place mouth guard in cold water to let it set fully. Otherwise repeat Step 1 to Step 4 for better fit.

Please allow 1-3mm error due to manual measurement.
