Remarks: Bokashi Composting (Tukarkan sisa dapur kepada baja tumbuhan)
Bokashi Bran ini adalah medium yang digunakan sebagai bahan rawatan permulaan bagi buangan dapur dan makanan dalam pengkomposan teknik bokashi.
Kandungan : Dedak Padi, Air tanpa klorin, EM
Kadar kelembapannya bokashi ini ialah dibawah 30%.
Perlu dipastikan ia ditutup kemas bagi mengelakkan ia terdedah kepada udara. Simpan ditempat redup. Jangan terdedah kepada matahari.
Sekiranya ada kulat berwarna putih wujud di dalam plastik bungkusannya, ambil dan buangkan kulat putih itu sahaja. Yang lain tiada masalah.
Tiada masalah jika menggunakan tangan dlm pengendaliannya.
1) Taburkan Serbuk Bokashi bran dengan rata di atas strainer bokashi bin.
2) Masukkan sisa dapur dan ratakan.
3) Taburkan Serbuk Bokashi dengan rata atas sisa makanan.
4) Padatkan sisa makanan dengan "inner plate" dan terus letak "inner plate"di atas
6) Esoknya teruskan masukkan sisa dapur yang baru, taburkan 1 genggam Bokashi powder, padatkan sisa yang lama, dan tutup tong Bokashi rapat-rapat. (Bokashi ialah anaerobik compost, maka kurangkan frekuensi buka penutup)
Cecair yang terhasil melalui proses Bokashi Composting boleh juga dijadikan baja untuk siraman tanaman. Sebaiknya digunakan dengan kadar segera bagi kesan maksima.

Bokashi Bran is a medium that is used as an initial treatment material for kitchen and food waste in bokashi composting.

The humidity level of this bokashi is below 30%.
Make sure it is tightly closed to prevent it from being exposed to air. Store in a dark place. Do not expose to the sun.
If there is a white fungus in the plastic packaging, take it and throw away the white fungus only. The others are no problem.
There is no problem if you use your hands to handle it.
1) Sprinkle bran Bokashi Powder evenly on the bokashi bin strainer.
2) Add the kitchen scraps and spread evenly.
3) Sprinkle Bokashi Bran evenly over leftover food.
4) Compact the leftover food with the "inner plate" and place the "inner plate" on top of the food waste.
6) The next day, continue adding new kitchen scraps, sprinkle 1 handful of Bokashi bran, compact the old scraps, and close the Bokashi bin tightly. (Bokashi is anaerobic compost, try to reduce the frequency of opening the lid)
The liquid produced through the Bokashi Composting process can also be used as fertilizer for watering plants. It should be used immediately for maximum effect.
