Happy Grass Soya Bean Curd Powder (Serbuk Tau Huay) 80g

Method:
•Pour 500ml of plain water and 1tsp sugar into a pot. Bring it to a boil.
•Remove flame. Pour in Soya Bean Curd Premix Powder and stir till dissolved.
•Simmer for 5 minutes. Open the lid and remove excess bubbles with a spoon.
•Pour into a container. Wait for the mixture to cool and set before placing into the fridge for a few hours.
