DESCRIPTIONS

ECOCEM NSG is a pumpable dual-shrinkage compensated, self-levelling, prebagged cementitious grout with extended working time to suit local ambient temperatures. Its control the shrinkage to reduce the cracks.

USES FOR

• Machine foundation

• All general purpose grouting

• Precast panels

• Grouting in column based, base infilling

• Fill core holes, rod holes and defects in concrete

• Fill in grout for hollow block walls, gaps, cavities

• Joints between precast panels and other joints

SURFACE PREPARATION

The substrate should be prepared by mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water, grit blasting etc.

The substrate surface must be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, curing compound or any loose materials.

All absorbent surfaces must be well saturated with clean water, but free of any surface water or puddles prior to the application of ECOCEM NSG.

APPLICATION STEPS:

Step 1) Clean surface /cracks and pre-wet with water.

Step 2) Mix ECOCEM NSG with 0.16-0.17Litre of clean water.

Step 3) Patch surface/cracks with ECOCEM NSG. Leave to dry.
