(READY STOCK!) FAST SETTING QUALITY POLYESTER RESIN FIBERGLASS RESIN FOR FRP REPAIR
(FIBER MAT NOT INCLUDED)
Features & Benefits:
- Low viscosity, easy to shape during laminating
- Short curing times (12 – 24 hours)
- Can withstand temperatures up to 80 °C.
- Good flexibility once cured
- Excellent ingredient for composite structures like fibreglass (GRP)
- Good elongation capacity, 3 times more flexible than that of carbon fibre.
- Good wetting to glass fibres
- Relatively low shrinkage at between 4–8% during curing
- Water resistance once cured, long term durability to water, suitable to be used in marine industry, boat construction, repair and waterproofing system.
- Broad chemical resistance.

Density : 1.2 – 1.5 kg/m3
Strength per unit weight : 1.1 MPa/kg
Flexural strength : 130 MPa
E-modulus : 3300 MPa
Tensile strength : 75 MPa

2) 1KG Resin + 20ml Hardener
