SANcora® BLOCK@Guard Alkali Resistant Wall Sealer
SANcora® BLOCK@Guard Alkali Resistant Wall Sealer is a premium quality water based sealer with excellent alkali resistant and adhesion properties. It is suitable for interior and exterior masonry surface such as cement, brickwork, plaster and asbestos.
Usage
Recommended used as a primer sealer for previously painted surfaces as it provides excellent adhesion for
the subsequent coating on powdery surfaces and protects against the effect of alkalinity and moisture from
the substrate.
Pack Size 5 litres and 18 litres.

Binder : Acrylic Polymer Emulsion
Vehicle/Solvent : Water
Technical Data Texture : Smooth Matt Finis
Theoretical Coverage : Approx. 12 - 14m2/ litre (Depending on surface evenness)
Drying Time:Single coat at standard thickness (28ºC, 50% RH)
Touch Dry ≤ 45 minutes
Hard Dry ≤ 2 hours
Recoating Time : 2 hours
Thinner/Cleaner : Water
