KANSAI CROWN Emulsion
KANSAI CROWN Emulsion is a MATT emulsion specially formulated for housing projects where economy is important. It smooth matt finish hides surface imperfections and avoid reflection of uneven plastered surfaces.
For use on new or previously painted interior masonry surfaces such as brickwork, plaster, cement rendering and asbestos cement where an economical decorative matt finish is desired.

Dilution Ratio: Brush or Roller, Ready for use. If dilution is required, add up to 5% clean water. Conventional Spray, Dilution up to 10% water.
For new surfaces, allow surfaces to cure and dry out completely. Avoid painting when the moisture content is above 15% on a Protimeter and alkalinity of the wall is still high above pH-9 or premature paint failure will occur. Large cracks must be repaired with cement: sand mix and rendered smooth. Make good all minor defects with appropriate fillers. Remove all loosely adhering residues by thorough brushing.
