1. Soak 1 tablespoon of CHIA SEEDS (about 15g) in 200ml of water for about 15minutes or overnight and drink it neat.
2. Can be added into drinks, yogurt, cereals, rice, soups, salads and mix into baked goods cookies, pastries, cakes, muffins, breads & buns.
3. As a thickening agent during cooking.
