CRISPY WAFFLE
INGREDIENTS
1. Waffle Mix Powder 1pkt (2kgs)
2. Eggs 600g
3. Water 2200ml
4. Cooking Oil / Margerine 100ml
5. Flavour (optional) 1 pump (5g)
METHOD
1. Pre-heat waffle plate at 180-200°C
2. Add Premix to water and eggs. Mix the mixture until foaming & even.
3. Add cooking oil & flavor to the mixture and mix well. The batter is ready to use.
4. Bake batter at 180-200°C for 6-8 minutes to get the waffle turn golden and crispy.
5. Remove the waffle from the waffle plate and keep blowing with a fan to increase the crispiness.
