From the Italian tradition, short pasta of “ I Classici ” line was created to absorb any condiment thanks to its good porosity and excellent yield. The characteristics of the formats of the “I Classici” line make them versatile, suitable for every type of cooking and use.
The selection of high-quality semolina and the careful production process used are fundamental. Pasta retains the intense yellow color and the typical aroma of ripe wheat.
All formats have good porosity which also guarantees an excellent yield. After cooking, the pasta is elastic and tenacious and binds well with all types of condiments. The careful study of each drawing guarantees uniform cooking for the individual formats, so the pasta is always al dente, firm and maintained even several hours after cooking.
Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina. May contain traces of eggs , soya and mustard.
May contain traces of soy.
