1. Exchange must be made within 3 days after customer received the item and can only be made for item purchased in full amount *Rintisan Raya collection cannot exchange due to overwhelming order & postage 2. Exchange with different design is not allowed 3. Do not remove the tag, we will not be able to exchange your item without original tag 4. Do not make any alteration to the item received as we will not accept any return and exchange when you change the original condition of the item 6. Postage cost of return and exchange must be bourne fully by the customer 7. For any complaint and feedback raised after the 3 days of grace period will not be entertained 8. Complaint on defect item product(s) or promotion/discounted price will not be entertained 9. No exchange size once you have made a purchase (for preorder item only) 10. Once payment has been made and date has been confirmed, customers are NOT ALLOWED to change pickup date/postage as it might effect another customer pick up date.
