Return Policy
1. Orders placed via TikTok will not include the Perempuan box.
2. Sales item are not allowed refund and return, except, defect item. Change of mind will not be entertained.
3. Exchange must be made within 3 days after customer received the item and can only be made for item purchased in full amount (not purchase during Raya/promotion/discounted price).
Raya collection cannot exchange due to overwhelming order & postage
4. Exchange with different design is not allowed.
5. Do not remove the tag, we will not be able to exchange your item without original tag.
6. Do not make any alteration to the item received as we will not accept any return and exchange when you change the original condition of the item.
