Recipe: Stir-Fried Fresh Mushrooms with Mixed Peppers (VEGAN)
30g red bell pepper cut into chunks
30g yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
60g onion cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. Lee Shun Hing Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
1. Heat oil and saute garlic.
2. Add bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in this Seasoning Sauce and cook until all ingredients are fully done.
