Ceremonial Grade Uji Matcha is made from shade-cultivated green tea leaves that has been finely grounded on a stone mill, containing deep flavor and nutrients of leaves. Our Uji Matcha is a premium ceremonial grade matcha with a rich vegetal fragrance, vibrant green color, smooth texture, and delicate aftertaste.
Additionally, its green shades colour and natural aroma are great options for baking enthusiast.
You can enjoy it on its own or culinary creations. It makes it a perfect ingredient for any kind of baking, latte, food recipes or smoothie.
1. For the best effect, strain matcha with a tea sieve first, and warm a tea bowl and dry it completely.
2. Add about one or one and a half bamboo spoon of matcha powder around 2g into the bowl.
3. Prepare 80 degree celcius water - first boil water to the boiling point, transfer it to a separate empty bowl and cool it to 80 degree
4. Pour 80 degree hot water into the warmed tea bowl (up to one third) and mix it with matcha powder well by using the tea whisk.
Best to consume the matcha immediately before the particles sink to the bottom of the tea bowl.
