Direction For Use:

1.  Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using it.

2.  Place the knife in the slot. Using slight downward pressure with 20° run the blade from its heel to its point through the slot (follow the direction of the indicator arrow), and repeat three to five times. Re-use every six months or as required.

3.  After using the knife sharpener, wipe the knife blade carefully with a damp cloth or rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Clean the knife sharpener with a non-abrasive brush.

Caution:

1.  To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife slightly.

2.  Keep out of reach of children.
