If the LED is steady on when charging your battery, mostly your battery already reach end of life (Rosak) and try with other or New Battery

For repair mode, Long press the MODE button until the light indicator appear at repair mode. c an charge for 1-2 hour try to revive the battery. Then, set back to normal charging, let it charge until A less then 2.0A , Battery is 95% full

If after charge battery still weak, then suggest change new battery because the battery is damage and unable to store power.
