Light Function Tutorial:

Note: Torchlight = only middle bulbs light up, Emergency Light = left & right bulbs light up

•Quick press twice = Emergency Light (red & blue flash)

•Hold = Torchlight

•Hold, then press again = Switch between Torchlight, Flashing, and SOS signal light.

Operation method:

•Before starting the car, please make sure that the host has at least 2 LED indicators on, then insert the blue plug fully into the host socket, and confirm that the cable indicator is off

•Connect the red clip to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black clip to the negative (-) battery terminal

•Start the vehicle

•After the vehicle is started, remove the clip from the battery. (It is recommended to remove the clip within 30 seconds)

Cautions:

•Take off the main unit within 30 seconds after starting the car.

•Don't clip the two terminals at the same end on the battery.

•During the charging process, slight heating of the device is normal and not a malfunction.

•Press the switch five seconds to start If you want to use LED for illumination and select the status (light, strobe, SOS, Close) by pressing the switch to transform.

•Store the product in a cool and dry place and away direct sunlight.

•It is normal for the compressor to heat up a bit especially when you pump a flat tire. Flat one usually takes longer to pump and cause the compressor to heat up a little.

The product cannot be charged?:

•Check whether you are using our charger (15/1A) and whether the charger indicator is on.

•For models with no count display, when the charger is connected, whether the battery light flashes normally and whether the battery level is rising.

•If there is an on-board charger, use the on-board charger to charge the car for a while and observe whether the battery level rises. Check whether the problem is with the home charger or the host.

Note:

•This item main function is to jumpstart vehicle, device charging is supportive feature, and only support emergency charging.

•The battery's capacity and functionality will be affected according to weather / surrounding's temperature.

•The battery's capacity and functionality will be affected according to user's usage and way to handle the item. Such as charging multiple devices at the same time / using the powerbank while it's charging / using the battery to power up high power vehicles = lorries, trucks, or busses.

•The battery's capacity and functionality will be affected if the item has not be used from time to time. Kindly make sure to power up / charge the battery before using.

Common Q&A

Q: Will your product explode during use, or will the battery swell? Answer 1: Correct operation will not explode or battery swell. Answer 2: It is not improper operation. For example, the positive and negative poles of the clamp are connected reversely, the clamp is not fully clamped, the forced start is too large, or the forced start of a large displacement vehicle may cause the battery to burst or swell, but it will not cause spontaneous combustion. Or explode. If you do not understand the instructions, please contact us Q: Why does the battery clamp burn and melt? This is because the battery bears a high-intensity load, and the clamp is connected to the battery for too long, which causes the continuous start or forced start of the large-displacement car. There will be no safety issues, but it cannot be used again. Note: In order for your car to start smoothly, please make sure that the power of the car is above two bars every time you start the car!
