Stir-fry like a pro with the lightweight and virtually nonstick Lotus Rock Cookware by RINGO.
Taking inspiration from nature, this cookware is coated with a thin nano-silica layer which allows water to slide off the surface for easy cleanup. Thanks to its carbon steel construction, it is not only suitable for any stovetop but also cleverly scratch-proof.
WHY CHOOSE LOTUS ROCK?
The Lotus Rock coating is metal utensil safe, with excellent abrasion resistance. It is PTFE/PFOA free, with high heat resistance - so it is much stronger and more Eco-friendly than a traditional non-stick coating. The top silicon-oxide crystal coating has a lotus-effect non-stick because it is hydrophobic (water-heating), while at the same time being lipophilic (fat loving) for the consumer easy to 'season' the pan themselves for an excellent nonstick release.
Lotus Rock pan can be compatible for all kind of acidic ingredients such as lemon juice, tomato sauce, wine and vinegar can be used. The high thickness of the ceramic-like coating along with the heavy gauge carbon steel substrate inside gives Lotus Rock pans an excellent heating effect for high nutrition content, delicious tasty food.

USE and CARE
•Before first use, hand wash in hot soapy water with a scouring pad. Put the pan on a medium heat setting and wait for all the moisture to evaporate. Once the pan is completely dry, apply oil evenly around the interior surface and commence cooking.
•Heat transfer rapidly within 30 sec, will help you easy to control the "Wok Hei". For best results cook on low-medium heat.
•Pour the oil before cooking, and lower the light after smoking to avoid overheating.
•Never leave pan unattended while cooking.
•Not recommended for dishwashers. Because it is a wooden handle configuration
