Recipe
Ingredients:
Banana Cake Mix 500gm
Eggs (B) 300gm
Fresh Banana 300gm
Corn Oil 170gm
Glycerine ½ Tsp
Banana Paste (Optional) 1Tsp
Method:
1. Prepare fresh banana smashed and mix with banana cake mix.
2. Mix in all eggs, mix with high speed for 10 minutes.
3. Pour in the corn oil with low speed and mix well.
4. Preheat the oven with 180 degree celcius, bake in for 30-40 minutes.
