Florenta 500g
Almond Slice 250g
Green Pumpkin Seed 250g
Sunflower Seed 250g
Melon Seed 100g
White Sesame 100g
Black Sesame 100g
+PARCHMENT PAPER 2pcs (FOC)
Can be use directly. This DIY set is easy and fast to use.
Recommendation
Store in dry and cool area. Keep away from direct sunlight. After open please use air tight container to store it to prevent the florenta mix getting harden.
Recipe
Florenta Powder 500gm
Mix Nuts 1050gm (all provided)
Procedure
1. Bake the mix nuts until it is slightly golden brown in colour.
2. Mix the Florentine powder together with the mix nuts evenly.
3. Prepare non stick parchment paper and place it on baking tray.
4. Pour the mixture (2) on the non stick paper tray (3).
5. Bake with 180 C for 10-15mins or until golden brown.
6. While it is still warm immediately cut and divide the florenta into smaller pieces.
7. Store in the airtight container after cool.
Resepi
Tepung Florenta 500gm
Campuran Kacang 1050gm
Cara Membuat
1. Bakar semua kacang sekejap sehingga sikit kekuningan.
2. Campurkan tepung florenta dengan semua kacang.
3. Sediakan dulang pembakar yang dialaskan dengan kertas parchment.
4. Taburkan campuran (2) dalam dulang pembakar (3).
5. Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 10-15 minit atau sehingga menjadi kekuningan.
6. Potong florenta tersebut sebaik keluar dari ketuhar.
7. Simpan florenta tersebut dalam container air tight.
