1. Put chicken(800g) or meat(600g) with 1300ml water to simmer until the chicken or meat tender.
2.Pour in Pes REHAN, simmer until the soup is aromatic.
3.Add in some salt/sugar for the taste.
4.Serve with nasi impit,noddle and sprinkle fried shallot.
Can add Potato/Any vegetables
1. Masukkan ayam(800g) atau daging(600g) yang telah dibersihkan. Masukkan air 1300 ml ke dalam periuk. Rebus sehingga daging empuk.
2.Masukkan Pes REHAN ,biarkan rebusan mendidih sebentar.
3.Tambah garam/gula mengikut cita rasa.
4. Hidangkan bersama nasi impit, mee dan taburan bawang goreng.
Boleh tambah kentang/ Sayuran Lain
