1. Put chicken(800g) or meat(600g) in a pot.
2.Pour in Pes REHAN + Concentrated Santan(500ml), simmer until the chicken/meat tender and sauce are thick.
3.Add in some salt/sugar for the taste. Ready to serve with Rice or bread.
Can add Potato/Eggplant/ladyfinger/Any vegetables
1. Masukkan ayam(800g) atau daging(600g) yang telah dibersihkan dalam periuk.
2.Masukkan Pes REHAN + Santan(500ml) ,masak sehingga ayam/daging empuk dan kuah menjadi pekat.
3.Tambah garam/gula mengikut cita rasa. Sedia untuk dimakan bersama nasi atau roti.
