This is probably the best keto bread I have ever tasted. Especially since I don’t like the taste of coconut but this bread surprised me (I used whipping cream)
Ingredients: Coconut Flour, Ground Flaxseeds, Psyllium Husks, Baking Powder, Himalayan Salt
Method
1 packet Keto Bread Premix
4 eggs, grade B
3/4 cup palm oil
100g whipping cream/coconut cream
50g monkfruit sweetener
50g nuts, chopped (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Beat eggs & sweetener.
3. Add in whipping cream.
4. Pour in oil.
5. Add premix & fold everything using spatula (or wooden spoon)
6. Pour in a 7” x 4” loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 45 minutes.
