Recipe: Laab Namtok
1. Prepare 300 gram meat (beef, chicken or other meat). Grind the mat for Laab. Grill and slice the meat for Namtok.
2. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) water and stir-fry until done, add contents of this packet and mix well.
3. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables.
