•Do not cut/peel hard food such as frozen food, bones, etc
•Do not hit anything hard with your tools such as a cutting board or table to avoid breakage.
•Do not sharpen the ceramic blade with a whetstone. The blade may be damaged.
•Do not test the sharpness of the blade with the finger.
•Keep out of reach of children.
