Bunga Telang Kering Butterfly Pea
Bunga telang kering sesuai untuk masakan Nasi Kerabu, minuman berwarna biru (di restoran Thai) ataupun sebagai minuman berwarna biru.
Brewing Method
Place 5-6 flower of butterfly pea into the cup, add in hot water and steep for 5 minutes. May seasoning with soft drinks, milk, tea, lemon juice accordingly.
May use as food coloring agent.
