How to use hot and cold compresses

Cold compress.

Fill the bag with one-third of water + one-third of ice, or directly fill the bag with two-thirds of the total capacity of ice water, exclude the air in the bag, tighten the lid and apply to the desired area (recommended length of ice compress 15-20 minutes, not too long to avoid frostbite) After use, please place the bag in a ventilated and dry place, make sure the moisture in the bag is dry and then tighten the lid to save it.

Fill the bag with warm water below 50°C (boiling water is not allowed), do not exceed two-thirds of the total volume of the bag, then remove the air from the bag and place it flat on the area to be heated. Note: Water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets when it meets something cold, which is a physical normal phenomenon.
