Directions:

Take the liner and put two dots in the two highest parts of the cupids bow on your lip. On the bottom lip, put a horizontal dash in the center of the lip, as close to the edge as possible. Then connect the three marks together with short strokes of the pencil against the edges of your lips. Once you've lined the edge of your lips, take the pencil and cover your whole lip, blending it together.
