By placing an order for a 3D printed product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

[PRODUCT INFORMATION]

* The materials used to create 3D printed products are PLA/PETG (Hard Plastic) or TPU (Flexible Plastic).

* 3D printed products are not 100% perfect like factory-made products. They may have physical characteristics such as striped texture, dotted effect, small spots, and fine fur. These characteristics do not directly affect the function and use of the product.

* The materials used to create 3D printed products are PLA/PETG/TPU (Melted plastic).

 

- PLA/TPU cannot be exposed to extreme temperatures for long periods of time, such as above +55C or below 10C.

- PETG is the material with better heat resistant (Glass Temperature

 

[SHIPPING]

* All custom-made items require 1-3 days to be processed and shipped the next day. Please only proceed with payment if you are able to wait.

* If you are experiencing problems with shipping, please contact us first before pressing "Received Order". Any claims/complaints after rating is given will not be entertained.

 

[DAMAGED PRODUCTS]

* If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement product or issue a refund.

 

[WARRANTY]

* We'll replace any damage/missing product during delivery process with 2 days warranty period starting the date of delivered date.
