How to use cold compress:
Pour 1/3 of the water into the bag and then add a little ice cubes, or directly fill it with ice water, the total capacity should not exceed 2/3 of the bag body. Tighten the lid and lay it flat on the area that needs cold compress (cold compress for 15-20 minutes)
How to use hot compress:
Pour hot water below 60° into the bag (remember not to add boiling water). The total water volume should not exceed 2/3 of the bag body. Tighten the lid and place it flat on the part that needs hot compress.
