In a non-metal bowl, mix one part Golden Pearl Bleaching Powder with 2-3 parts of the Golden Pearl Cream Developer. Mix until a smooth paste is achieved, and apply evenly onto the affected area. Leave on for 20 minutes or until the desired level of bleaching is achieved. Wash thoroughly with warm water or clean with a wet sponge.
