UVVL Hair Bleaching Powder 400g
•High performance dustless bleaching or lightening powder contains VE and oxygen complex.
•It provides a healthy bleaching, not only delivers superior consistency and lifting up to 8 levels, but also ultimately reduces the damage to the cuticle.
•Mild, soft and dust-free formula.
•Formula ideally suited to all bleaching or lightening techniques.
Usage
•Mix with hydrogen peroxide or developer at standard dosage of ratio 1:1-3.
•Apply the mixture along the length of required area of the hair.
•Lead time: 25-45 minutes and observe the color change.
•Rinse thoroughly when the lifting is up to the desired level.
•Different level of peroxide or developer and lead time will affect the bleaching outcome.
