HOW TO USE :
STEP 1 : Draw a line from the inside to the outside of the eyelid.
STEP 2 : Draw a straight line from the tip of the eyeliner towards the inside of the eyelid to the outer third of the eye.
STEP 3 : Connect the eyeliner point in the outer third of the eye with a straight line towards the base of the eyelid. Fill in all the eyeliner
