โhow to use โ
If you want the color to be bright and vivid,
you need to bleach hair to 8-9 level
and then use color powder to color it a second time.
1. The mixed use of powder (white) + peroxide is to bleach
(the ratio of 1 bag of white powder mixed with half a bottle of peroxide)
for about 30 minutes.
2.After bleaching, wash the shampoo and dry without use conditioner.
Use color powder mix peroxide
(the ratio of 1bag colour powder to half a bottle of peroxide).
Wash it for about 30 minutes and blow dry.
