1. Please [ DRY TEST ] the LCD first before proceeding to glue/attach any other part

2. By "Dry Testing", we mean only connecting the digitizer & LCD cables to the motherboard & powering up the device without putting it on the frame

3. Make sure all alphabets can touch/screen no auto touch/No lagging.

 

Do not install if you are not satisfied with the quality or face any problem with it.

No warranty will be given if you have glued the items & peel out Warranty Sticker

1. Special skill & techniques required for proper installation

2. No installation instructions will be provided. It is not an easy job for someone who has no experience at all

3. Strongly recommend looking for PROFESSIONAL for replacement. We will not hold responsible for any damages to your mobile phone that may cause during the replacement process

4. Please remove the battery connector before installing to avoid short-circuit

5. Only use glue/adhesive that is specific for handphone spare part. We won't proceed with any warranty if you use the wrong type

6. Please clear all old glue first before proceed to install the LCD

7. If your housing is bent, please change the housing first before proceeding to replace the LCD. Else it might break easily

 

【Return & Exchange Policy】

Please record video when received the parcel to ensure the parcel is received in good condition and for exchange purpose as well.

If there is defect with product purchased or damaged , please contact our customer service BEFORE COMPLETE ORDER.

If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation, any form of refund / rebate or exchange will not be offer.

For warranty the shipping fees will be bear by customer.

No returns will be accepted after 3 months of purchased.

The item returned will be fully tested first before an exchange or refund issued.
