HOW TO USE

1. Apply toothpaste to bristles and place your toothbrush at a 45℃ angle against the gums. Brush back and forth in a circular motion for at least 2 minutes. Do not forget to gently brush your gums too.

2. Brush the outer tooth surfaces, the inner tooth surfaces and the chewing surfaces of the teeth.

3. Use the tip of the brush to clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, using gentle up-and-down strokes.

4. Finally, using the textured soft surface on the back of the toothbrush, clean your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.
