Tips:
The microphone does not work, and there is no sound when recording. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Check the indicator light of the receiver: If there is no indicator light after the receiver is plugged into a type-c mobile phone, please turn on the OTG function of the mobile phone in the settings.
2. If the connection is successful, there is no sound when the camera is recording: maybe your native camera has blocked the microphone, please use a third-party video recording app to record, such as YouTube to record
3. If there is still no sound after checking the first step and the second step, your microphone mute mode may be turned on (the fourth light is on), please double-click the microphone power button briefly to turn off the mute mode.
