This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in brightening and elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, leaving the skin supple and radiant.

HOW TO USE:
•Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.
•After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.
